Vaarta is a online meeting and conferencing service, it may only be used lawfully.

All purchases are non-refundable, you may use them only to create conferences.

Any issue during a Conference that may arise due to users inability to perform client side actions (example allowing access to camera/microphone or screen, reasonable internet access to support selected group call etc) are out of scope for Vaarta

Any issue Arising due to Vaarta servers may be reported only if Vaarta failed to automatially revert your credits. Credits reversal is the only compensation available for any issue with Vaarta services.
